Order Cancellation and Returns

All products purchased from our online store come with a 30-day return policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. This period starts from the moment the customer receives the product. If the product includes a manufacturer’s warranty, it will be indicated separately on the product page. If you wish to cancel your order or return a product, please contact our customer service: info@discking.eu.

Return Shipping Costs

If the product does not match your order (e.g., wrong or defective product), DiscKing Ltd. will cover the return shipping costs and arrange the return.
If the product matches the order and the customer wishes to return it (e.g., change of mind or incompatibility), the return and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Return Process

Notify our customer service (info@discking.eu) about the return to receive detailed instructions.
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging or equivalent protection to avoid damage during return shipping.
Include the order confirmation and your contact information.
Send the product back within 30 days of notifying us of the return.

The refund will be processed once the return has been received and inspected. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please inform our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, the return conditions apply. After the cancellation notice, the product must be returned within 30 days.

Defective or Damaged Products

Please inspect the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product is lost or damaged during shipping, or if it does not match your order or is defective, please inform us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue. In consumer sales, we adhere to the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding liability for defects.
