Order cancellation and returns

You have a statutory right of withdrawal, and in addition we offer an extended 30-day return period that starts when you receive the product. This means you can return a product within 30 days without giving a reason. If a product comes with a manufacturer's warranty, this is stated separately on the product page. You can notify us of a cancellation or return by contacting our customer service at info@discking.eu or by using the cancellation function on your order status page. We will send you a confirmation by email.

Return shipping costs

  • If the product does not match your order (e.g. wrong or defective product), DiscKing covers the return shipping costs and arranges the return.
  • If the product matches your order and you return it by your own choice (e.g. a change of mind or incompatibility), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. A fixed return shipping fee of €4.90 is deducted from the amount refunded.

Return process

  1. Notify our customer service (info@discking.eu) or use your order status page to receive detailed instructions.
  2. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging or equivalent protection so that it is not damaged during the return.
  3. Include the order confirmation and your contact details.
  4. Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation or return.

We refund the purchase amount once the return has been received and processed, using the same payment method you used in the original order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product. If the product has been used more than is necessary to establish its nature and functionality, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the product's diminished value from the refund.

Cancelling an order before shipment

If you want to cancel your order before it ships, you can do so within a short time after ordering using the cancellation function on your order status page, or by contacting our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, the return terms described above apply.

Faulty or damaged products

Please check your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged in transit, does not otherwise match your order, or is defective, please notify our customer service as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, and we will agree on how to put it right. Returning a faulty product is free of charge for you. In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory liability-for-defects provisions of consumer protection law.
