Tää myymälä on täynnä hyviä jätkiä! Alan ammattilaisia laji-osaamisesta aina asiakaspalveluun ja muuten vaan jutusteluun. Kiekkokingin riveistä löytyy suomen kovimmat pelaajat sekä lajin tulevaisuus eli JUNIORIT! Toivon, että muutkin lahkot toimisivat näin. Liikevaihdosta pelkästään näkee, että jäbät tulee jättämään Frisbeegolffiin jäljen esimerkillä.

Siis voiko tätä parempaa alan liikettä pyytääkään? Mun mielestä ei ja nää äijät tekee sen kyll kovin helpoksi tilata uudestaan ja uudestaan. Toimitusajat on jotain käsittämätöntä ja kerran olen tainnut joutua odottamaan pakettia yli 2 päivää. Kuuntelevat asiakkaiden palautteita ja ottavat niitä huomioon. Sekä nyt uusimpana tullut verkkokaupan kassan uudistuminen aivan järkyttävän hyvä lisäys. Jos voisin antaa 6/5, niin antaisin. Mutta näillä mennähän.

Tilasin kolme kiekkoa ja jo varmaan 5 min päästä tuli viesti, että tilaus lähetetty. Seuraavana päivänä sai jo hakea postista pakettia. Kaks kiekoista oli käytettyjä ja oikein hyvässä kunnossa. Varmasti tuun jatkossa tilaamaan täältä kiekot ja muut friba aiheiset jutut. 5/5

Nopeata toimintaa ja pakkaus oli hyvä, toimitus tuli perille niin nopeasti kuin mahdollista ja arvostan kommunikoivaa asiakaspalvelua, joka tuli pyytämättä, mutta piristi ja erottautuu joukosta.
