Developed in the 1980s, DX plastic gradually wears over time, which introduces new flight characteristics to the discs. The DX plastic blend is soft, resulting in slightly faster wear compared to premium plastics.

Innova Champion Discs was founded in 1983 in California, USA, by Dave Dunipace. Since then, it has grown to become the world’s largest disc golf disc manufacturer and one of the pioneers in the sport. Innova was the first company to produce discs specifically designed for disc golf. With a broad lineup of over 60 different discs, developed using various molds and plastic types, Innova offers perfect options for players of all skill levels.
