Stål is Kastaplast’s overstable fairway driver, designed for dependable control, headwinds, and situations where a reliable fade is essential. It handles high power well without turning over easily and performs predictably for both backhand and forehand throws. Stål pushes forward under control before finishing with a strong fade, making it especially useful for steep hyzers, skip shots, flex lines, and controlled tee shots in demanding conditions. At more moderate arm speeds, Stål works as a highly overstable utility disc, while stronger throwers can use it as a dependable fairway driver for accurate and powerful shots. The name Stål means steel in Swedish, which suits the disc’s strong and reliable character.
