MD4 is Discmania's stable yet glidey midrange. Compared to the hugely popular MD3, the MD4 is slightly more overstable, allowing it to handle more powerful throws while fading reliably. Kuten sopii odottaa, vakaudeltaan sijoittuu MD5 ja MD3 väliin. Varma feidi, mutta liitää/puskee vähän pidemmälle kuin MD5. Sopii hyvin kämmen-, että rystyheitolle vaikka on ns. microbeadi. Pystyy luottamaan myös tuulisella kelillä.
