Cheaper delivery costs and operation in restocks
We are continuing the special arrangements for stock replenishments that worked great last time. Special arrangements ensure that products are no longer oversold.

Here, as a reminder, are the new practices in restocks:
The reserved shopping basket is removed
The reserved shopping cart will be removed during restocking, because the application does not work properly under hundreds of simultaneous clicks. The developers of the application have been contacted and they are developing a solution, but so far there is none. In practice, it means that everyone can add the product to the shopping cart, but the person who paid the fastest gets the product. The product is removed from the selection when the first customer has paid for the product and returned to the store. The best way to ensure that you get the product is to pay for the product quickly.
Bank/credit card as the only payment method
The payment service provider Paytrail will be removed during restocking. The overselling of the products was due to the payment service provider we use, which for now cannot be integrated directly into the Shopify store. The product is registered as sold only when the customer returns from Paytrail back to the online store.
Because of this, in the future during restocks, the only payment methods are Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. Payment services are provided by Stripe, which can be integrated directly into the online store.
Paytrail's payment methods become active the day after stock replenishment. With these changes, overselling will no longer happen. However, if errors occur, we will contact the parties concerned immediately.
We got a new contract with Posti, which enables you to pay lower postage costs. In the future, the postage for all orders is €4.90. Individual discs are delivered directly to the mailbox as a small package, larger orders are delivered to the post office as before. All orders include tracking.
We try to get the orders out the next day after ordering, but in the case of stock replenishments, delivery times can be extended by a few days. Orders arrive within 1-3 business days after we get them packed.
