We offer one free exchange for shoes. If the shoes are the wrong size, you can exchange them for the correct size by contacting customer service.

Customer satisfaction is particularly important to us, so all our products have a 14-day exchange and return policy in accordance with consumer protection laws. In the case of a return, the return cost will only be reduced by the expenses incurred from shipping and the return (shipping cost 2x).

Delivery Time

Orders are picked up from our warehouse every business day. Our typical delivery time within the EU is 1-5 business days. For countries outside the EU, it is 3-8 business days.

Customs Fees

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import fees that may apply to orders outside the EU. All our products are shipped from Finland, and the total value of the order, including shipping costs, will be declared.
