Nestori Tuhkanen (b. 2003, Mikkeli) is one of Finland’s rising stars in disc golf. He started playing in 2014 and began competing in 2020. He is known for his calm demeanor, determination, and above all, his exceptional precision on the course.
Nestori’s game is built around strong tee-to-green performance. He combines controlled power with smart course management, making him a serious contender in any competition. His play is defined by consistency – minimizing mistakes and capitalizing on every opportunity.
Despite his young age, he has already achieved impressive results. His accomplishments include a Euro Tour win in Sieravuori (2023), a Finnish Junior Championship title (2021), and multiple podium finishes in 2025, including third place at Konopiste Open and Ale Open. He also claimed victory at DGPT Europe 2025, further establishing his presence on the international stage.
