Innova Alien resembles the Sonic in both appearance and feel, but it is a mid-range disc. Alien is surprisingly stable, even slightly overstable. It works well for spin putts, approaches, and relatively short drives. Its unique shape allows for a good grip in both forehand and backhand throws.

Star plastic is one of Innova's most popular premium blends. Star plastic is durable like Champion plastic, but it is slightly more flexible and opaque. Star plastic retains its flight characteristics for a long time and provides a solid grip.
