Westside Discs was originally founded in 2003 as a Finnish company that imported and sold various disc brands in the Finnish market. In 2009, Westside Discs began developing its own disc lineup in collaboration with Swedish manufacturer Latitude 64. Westside Discs has maintained a strong connection to its Finnish roots – the graphics and themes of their discs are inspired by the Finnish national epic, Kalevala.
